Has Spanishmovement a phisical office?
MoveSpanish is an online platform you can contact us by email.
What programme do we use for our classes?
We use zoom most of the time, but if the student cannot access it for any reason, we use Skype, or another alternative to proceed with the Spanish class without any problem.
Do we have to pay in advanced?
Yes, both courses and individual lessons have to be paid for in advance.
At the moment we offer two different type of payments which is Credit Card or Paypal.
We may add different options in the future.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations have to be done within 8 hours in advanced to have the full refund. If not the money wont be back to you.
Are the teachers Native?
We have either native or from an Spanish speaking country to enrich the language in all ways.
Are the classes in Spanish only?
We use only Spanish to have a whole immersion of the language but of course the teachers can speak second language to be able to communicate and be understanding.
